Welcome to the I.B.E.W. Local 11 Civil Service website. Thanks for joining us. Together we can make a difference! Our MissionThe Civil Service Unit exists to provide a voice for the membership of IBEW Local 11. Through unity, vision and creativity we provide the best trained, most reliable and most cost effective workforce to all Civil Service agencies in the Los Angeles area. Who is the IBEWWe are collectively members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. IBEW Local 11 members are trained in all aspects of electrical work and provide their expertise in the installation, maintenance and repair of complex electrical systems. Civil Service Unit 14 is responsible for each of the major agencies in Los Angeles including: The City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Unified School District, Los Angeles Community College District and the Housing Authority Our membership is critical to the success of each of the organizations we represent and takes its role and responsibilities seriously.
