LAUSD Contract Negotiatons Update: We have reached a tentative agreement to the 2007-2008 wage reopener. A ratification meeting will be scheduled as soon as we receive formal notice from the Building Trades Council. Check back on this page and be on the look out for a post card with meeting date and time information. It is critical that during negotiations we all unite and show the District that we are of single mind in our efforts to improve pay and working conditions for our membership around the District. I would encourage each employee who is NOT a member of I.B.E.W. Local 11 to submit his/her application so that at contract ratification time their voice will also be heard. Points of Discussion
