AGENCY FEE

The Agency fee payer is NOT a member of IBEW Local 11 and therefore NOT entitled to the additional benefits of membership. Agency fee or "Fair Share" payment is payment made for the services the Local union provides. The law allows the local union to be paid for the services it renders.
